Many of my digital products are sold via a third party website: Payhip. This enables me to have a safe and private shopping cart for you and means I never see you credit card information. By using Payhip and Paypal I never obtain your credit card details and cannot store them either. Both these companies will share your name, address, and email with me to enable better customer care. As my products are all downloads no refunds are given.

Users contacting this website and/or its owner do so at their own discretion and provide any such personal details requested at their own risk. Your personal information is kept private and stored securely until a time it is no longer required or has no use, as detailed in the Data Protection Act 1998. Every effort has been made to ensure a safe and secure form to email submission process but advise users using such form to email processes that they do so at their own risk.
This website and its owners use any information submitted to provide you with free products/services, information about products/service, and newsletters with relevant information. This includes using your details to subscribe you to any email newsletter program the website operates but only if this was made clear to you and your express permission was granted when submitting any form to email process. Or whereby you the consumer have previously purchased from or enquired about purchasing from the company a product or service that the email newsletter relates to. This is by no means an entire list of your user rights in regard to receiving email marketing material. Your details are not passed on to any third parties.
From time to time, I’ll include affiliate links. If you click them and make a purchase, I’ll get commission. These funds help me to continue to create the content I do and I appreciate you using my links whenever you are able. If I link to a product or service using an affiliate link it is because I have used that product/service and believe you will benefit from knowing about it. I will let you know if a link is an affiliate link. Other links on my site are just to enable you to learn more or discover something I think you will find beneficial and not in exchange for money.
All subscriptions to my members areas are through MemberPress and can be cancelled any time but your membership will run until the end of the period you have paid for. Once this has come to an end you will no longer have access to the goods and services which are part of that subscription. All payments are taken for subscriptions using Paypal or, if requested GoCardless, and all bank account details are secured by them and not passed on to me. Any problems with anything concerning your subscription please contact me (firstname.lastname@example.org) immediately and I will do my best to sort it out as soon as possible. Refunds are not available once your subscription has been activated due to the digital nature of all the resources and you are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date should you decide not to continue your membership.
